Comprehensive Alerts Management: Navigate to the Alerts Tab to review all alerts generated by the system. Each alert is created by the operator, allowing users to thoroughly assess and manage each security event.
Detailed Alert Review: Users can review each alert individually, providing a clear understanding of the situation. This ensures that no alert goes unnoticed and every incident is appropriately addressed.
Focus Mode for Enhanced Monitoring: Utilize the Focus Tab to seamlessly switch between cameras, enabling you to follow persons or vehicles of interest in real-time. This feature enhances your ability to monitor specific activities and respond promptly.
Status Management and Dispatcher Notes: Determine the status of each alert—whether it’s pending, under investigation, or resolved. You can leave notes for the dispatcher, ensuring clear communication and coordinated responses.
Incident Investigation Workflow: When an alert requires further action, set the status to “Investigate” and define the reason using the dedicated tab. This initiates the creation of a case and alerts the dispatcher, facilitating a structured and efficient investigation process.
