I frequently explore the intricacies of MMO game development, often referencing a hobby side project server available. Utilizing Unreal Engine, I establish an interface with this server. Primarily educational in nature, this endeavor isn't geared for production readiness. Instead, its primary aim is to elucidate the inner workings of MMOs. It's worth noting that various networking techniques exist for games, with network replication being the most common. Unlike typical replication, this server technology operates by querying data on a need-to-know basis.
